We are practicing meditation for beginner, breathing techniques, breathe and flow, sometimes stretching routines, full body exercises. We have classes that are very easy to follow and incorporate yoga for complete beginners, we learn how to meditate. And all of that completely free. Yoga can be used to relax, to improve mental health, to gain flexibility. Yoga is for men. Yoga is for women. Yoga is for human. In these online yoga lesson you can come in and ask questions, otherwise join the discord channel and ask away there, especially if your question is more detailed!
