  • Hello, 1st time viewer. I’m out of shape and everything I try to do to improve physical health is extremely painful. I have osteoarthritis in all joints. Neck, back and wrist injuries with chronic pain and trouble walking without pain. I’d like to begin yoga, I’ve tried several times without success as I can’t do several positions. It’s difficult to sit on heels and sit up, and to put my weight on knees. Do you have any videos for seniors with chronic pain?
