Thanks so much another great video. I’m a plus size women and struggle with anxiety bad & just coming in to you videos helps me gain confidence. Also get back down to earth a bit when my head isn’t calm. I started a yoga challenge for myself to try do as many of your videos by Xmas as I can. To do practice mindfulness and decrease my pain levels like it has in the past. Thank you so much!! The Digestive videos and lower back pain & period pain videos helped tonnes too. 💕💕💕💕
