This quick yoga class is a relaxing yoga for stress relief. It’s a whole body stretching routine – we will move the spine in all six directions. We will stretch to remove muscle tension, and we will use our breath to get out of our thinking mind and to re-connect with our body. This class will leave you feeling relaxed and more flexible. Do this one whenever you need to ground yourself, if you are feeling tired or overwhelmed.
