The yoga poses in this video can be used as a 10 minute daily mini-routine. It’s been designed for beginners and people who are just getting back into using their body. These exercises may also be helpful if you are experiencing mild lower back pain.
Exercises include balancing on one forefoot, ribcage isolations, forward bending with heels and then forefeet lifted, half moon pose, standing side bend, standing twist and a standing forward bend on one foot variation.
