Welcome to Day 9 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight’s practice is a 15 minute slow flow stretch to help you wind down and deeply stretch your body. I would recommend having two blocks for this practice as it will make some of the poses more accessible.
This is a great class to increase flexibility especially in hips, hamstrings and quads. We’ll explore poses like archer arms, pyramid pose, child’s pose and half saddle.
