Today we start with a simple 15 minute Full Body Beginner Yoga Stretch. We stay low to the ground in this practice with seated and kneeling poses. A yoga mat is optional, you can also do this practice on the carpet/towel, just make sure you have enough cushion for your knees in kneeling poses.
Optional yoga props: a blanket, cushion, or a yoga block to sit on.
