This 15 Minute Beginner Wake Up Yoga Practice is great for mornings or anytime during the day when you need a little energy boost. We’ll spend a little time getting movement into the hips and shoulders, but most of all working on getting your energy levels back to baseline. There’s no vinyasa in this flow, but you’ll still get some creative movement going. And we start out in Savasana for a change. Chappy made it through our beginning meditation before requesting to go outside to chase squirrels:)
