This is exactly what I needed and I'm excited to do it again! It was a tiny bit too fast for me because I love to really feel the stretch. I just slowed it down to .75x and it was perfect! Made her voice even more relaxing too 🙂
I love returning to this video whenever I wake up with stiff or sore shoulders. For camel pose I like to curl my toes under to lessen the intensity.
