    Rounded shoulders are a common postural problem that can cause pain, feelings of isolation and if not addressed it can compromise your body over time. In this video we use a combination of yoga and mobility exercises to target your shoulders, chest, upper back & middle back/thoracic spine to improve your posture & fix rounded shoulders.   • My favorite part is all of it…..i struggle with a crazy anxiety disorder and have tons of tension in my upper body (horrible posture) that not only causes pain, but makes carrying myself very difficult. Thank you for putting this video out,….this is my first time doing these poses, but I def feel some major tension relief…will be making this a daily practice…you are very much appreciated๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

  • Can I do this 4 times per day between my breaks at work? Is that safe? I have a sedentary job and if I don't do this I end up having pain.
