Feeling tense, tight, stressed, or irritable? Today’s practice is fluid and flowy, allowing you to release anxiety and work out stiffness in the body. With an emphasis on moving slowly and mindfully, we’ll move through shapes that open chest and shoulders, lengthen hips and hamstrings, and rinse out the spine. That means backbends, heart-openers, twists, side bends, and balancing—a well-rounded practice that you can scale up or down depending on the level of intensity you’re seeking today.
I’ll offer options / modifications so you can find what feels right for you, and as always, make decisions based on what YOUR body is asking for—my cues are just suggestions 🙂
