This 20 minute yoga practice for excellent posture includes my favorite exercises to strengthen entire back, open shoulders and create space across chest. As a result, improved back flexibility, less tension and stiffness in your upper body, deeper breathing, feeling of lightness and excellent posture.
This 20 minute yoga is good for all levels, including beginners.
This yoga practice includes simple yoga stretches and movements focused on your back and shoulders: feel good twists, heart openers, spinal waves, shoulder mobility exercises and such.
This 20 minute yoga flow for all levels will be perfect for those who experience tension due to work conditions, tight muscles, lack of movement and stretching. In this practice we will focus on healthy spine movements and stretches that will target upper back, strengthen lower back and open shoulders. At the end of this quick practice you will feel more relaxed, at ease in your own body and all the stress and worries will seem to fade away.
Remember that our health depends on daily movement and physical exercise. So try to include a few simple stretches into your daily schedule. Repeat this 20 min yoga practice for better posture as often as it feels necessary for your body and overall physical and emotional state.
