  • Hi Maris! I dont leave comments usually but I would just like to let you know that I really appreciate that you care to make videos that are wrist free and inversion free. I avoid those positions often because of stuffy nose from allergies and wrist pain so your videos makes my daily practice much more enjoyable. Thank you so so much, take care!

  • I am teaching in northern Alberta and have to be in bed by 8:30 and I am 50 years old. This video helped me keep my flexibly. Thank you! I have to be quiet and respectful for a woman who is 13 years years younger than me! She does not practice yoga. So sad.

  • This yoga book “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) is not hard to make use of and I was able to put together a 1 hour workout from it. Should you be a newbie, this great handbook is ideal for you. Furthermore, you can include this to your collection if you`re a teacher. I have dropped a few pounds, acquired flexibility and then enhanced my blood pressure with this program. .
