I am teaching in northern Alberta and have to be in bed by 8:30 and I am 50 years old. This video helped me keep my flexibly. Thank you! I have to be quiet and respectful for a woman who is 13 years years younger than me! She does not practice yoga. So sad.

This yoga book “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) is not hard to make use of and I was able to put together a 1 hour workout from it. Should you be a newbie, this great handbook is ideal for you. Furthermore, you can include this to your collection if you`re a teacher. I have dropped a few pounds, acquired flexibility and then enhanced my blood pressure with this program. .
