Hello, my friends! In this great stretching class you’ll open tight hips, release your pelvic floor, and soothe your nervous system. One of my pillars of vibrant pelvic health is recognizing the mind-body connection. If you’re stressed or anxious, this routine will help. All you’ll need is yoga blocks if you’re tight. Yoga blocks are easy to find in stores and online. Here’s an example:

I’m struggling with tight pelvic floor. I’ve been doing things from your channel to help relax my pelvic floor. I’m confused if I should only do relaxation for the pelvic floor or do I also need to strengthen it as well. I have IC and tight pelvic floor. No prolapse. I’m so afraid to strengthen for fear of pain in the pelvic floor.
