This 20 minute YIN YOGA class is the perfect length to take a YOGA break. This 20 minute yoga practice is perfect for morning, after work, evening or taking a break in your workday. Imagine if you did 20 minutes of YOGA daily how great your body and mind would feel. Doing a “full” 1 hour yoga class is great, however many people don’t have the time…and even if you do your mind and body will receive more benefit from practicing yoga for 3 – 20 minute sessions a week than just doing a 1 hour class.
