Welcome to Winter Yin! In this seasonal sequence, we explore the kidney and bladder meridian lines. We are working with deep stretching and longer holds to release the connective tissues of the body. Please listen to your inner teacher and listen to your body.
Enjoy winged dragon, child’s pose, dangle, and a supine twist. These postures can help you feel more balanced through the winter season.
In this 25 minute class let’s release tension from the physical body and calm the mind. This would be an excellent class to do post-workout to move your body and connect to your breath.
I acknowledge that the systematic practice of meditation which I teach is an ancient technology deeply rooted in Indian tradition. I hold such reverence for the history, languages, teachers, ceremonies, and cultures of where in which Yoga has originated. May the fruits of this practice benefit all beings.
I really hope you enjoy this class! Please share it with your family & friends if you think they’d find it useful.
