This 28 minute class is designed to start your day by waking up your joints and muscles, saying goodbye to any stiffness or aches, connecting with your breath and taking this life-affirming prana into the rest of your day.
We will begin gently to ease into the practice and warm the body up gradually using pranayama and yogasana. You will need a cushion or zafu throughout this class.
