30 min Detox Yoga Flow is focused on core strength, twists and forward folds to create abdominal fire, boost your metabolism and digestion. We will move to awaken the energy along the spine, build fire in abdominal muscles, improve metabolism by enjoying some healthy twists. We will work on our flexibility as we stretch in forward folds and deepen our breathing as we bring all awareness into our body. This is just a feel good yoga practice for full body strength and flexibility. At the end of this practice you will feel more energized and awake.
This full body yoga practice is suitable for beginners as it does not include any difficult transitions or advance poses but it might require a little energy. It will also be good for intermediate level yoga practitioners as a lighter practice.
This rather energetic but simple detox yoga flow can be your perfect morning practice to start the day in the best way possible or after work flow to fully reset your energy. No equipment is required.
Our intention will be to increase our stamina and resilience, build strength and improve flexibility while maintaining deep slow breathing and calm mind.
Put your best effort into this detox yoga practice, rise up to a challenge but always remain mindful of your own body and signals it is sending you. Take breaks and modify if necessary. You can repeat this sequence as often as possible until it becomes easy for you.

Oh Marina, how I love practicing with you! It's very often a challenge but that's what brings me back every time. ๐๐ช Today it was a challenge for my shoulder/upper back and arm strength (both intermediate practices together), but I know that challenging my strength makes my body even stronger. And the best thing is, that I usually don't feel sore the next day, so that I know I didn't overdo it. End of the rambling for today. ๐ Much love to you, Marina!!

This was a beautiful detox yoga session. Loved it to bits
Few months ago when I first try this video, I have to rest during the class(that side plank part). And now I am able to practice without taking breaks, happy to see those changes.
