  • Over the years with sometimes long intervals I keep coming back to especially this video for lower back pain. The circumstances in which the pain occurs differ, the result of doing this yoga practice is always the same: relaxation and disappearing of the pain. Thank you so much Sarah Beth ❀️

  • I am not a yoga type person. I am an old stiff male hockey player with a stiff back. This video was excellent, and I have tried quite a few. When you would say things like 'relax your jaw' i would be thinking at the exact moment that I was clenching my jaw. Great video, with great explanations of what we are trying to feel. It made sense.
