That little break in character at the end was so endearing! I don’t know what feels better or what I look forward to more—mermaid stretches or child’s poses, but either way, both indicate a hard workout and a well-deserved break to recover!

One of my favorite, I’m 4 month pregnant, this workout is perfect for me.
I love all your videos but have one small bit of feedback- on videos when you are in this room/have a white/light wall background, it can be a little hard to see what you are doing when you are wearing light colored clothing. I have poor vision so most others probably don’t have the same issue- but some contrast really helps!

Great workout! I haven't been able to do much pilates for the past week due to a cold, but today is the first day I've felt completely better so I really wanted to do something, and this video has been tempting me all this time. It was challenging, perhaps more so because of not having done much more than stretching but its great to be doing your videos again so thank you!
