  • some tips:
    – start doing some of your activities on the floor
    – focus on keeping your spine up straight at most times
    – sit on floor when possible
    – 1 hour a day on floor x that over a year

  • Watched a lot of stuff on floor sitting, this is the best most informative I've found.
    Is sitting/ lying on a hard floor using one arm,or leaning on elbow, still better than a chair, spine is twisted,but the stretch feels really good?
