This is a 45 minute slow flow that offers your whole body a deep stretch. Spinal waves, shoulder openers, lunges, twists, forward folds and a few creative variations. A great class if you’re feeling fatigued or creaky in your body and you need some movement refreshment to unravel tension at an un-rushed pace.
