Hey yogis, here are my top 3 favorite yoga poses to help you unwind from a long day and fall asleep fast. You can do this as a simple 5 minute yoga sequence every night in bed, no props are required. The last pose is legs up the wall so make sure you’re close to a wall so your feet can be supported.

Love legs up the wall. Having to be careful with forward folds due to a right hamstring injury. Making sure leg super bent. Namaste xo
