  • Thanks a lot! I've tried sitting on the floor before but my back still bent weirdly and it would hurt. But this tip with elevating your butt has helped tremendeusly. My back became straight and I started to feel my back muscles that I never used before, started to work right away and my back became stronger from just sitting lol Im gonna make a mini table for working on the floor
