Good in first without speaking ..but why U mention put music,. because of mental silence i choises this to see. I got little disturb by speak Stines, especially about how you think whom is here, ?? Not all Are new ,and yoga is about stringht and stretch .π€. Not weak or hard for me ,i am trained or guru og many art forms,. π. Not injured ,that much yet , yours .. π€, ..no relevant in silence Clas ..keep simple . And meditative, . Music night stim.. also here bec rlax no need tell again again , . π€ͺ.. prob iam used to and know yoga , more powππ.. reoating in saying same ?? Better with less. πποΈβ£οΈ
