In this class we are exploring side bends. They will help to balance forward- and back bends. In addition, the will help to create length in your spine and open muscles located at the side waist ( the deep abdominal muscles). This practice can also help you breath easier, open hip- and thigh area.
Have fun, play, move your body and connect it with your breath.
