This is a shorter Ashtanga practice where we go through a selection of poses in a mindful manner. We start with most of the standing positions, go to the beginning of the seated poses and then do a couple of back bends from the 2nd series which are accessible to most practitioners. Ending with a counter pose and a long savasana for lots of energy the whole day long!
You are welcome to do the entire practice or use the chapters to skip to what you wish to work on when you have less time.
