I do have serious scoliosis problem… Do you think I can do this excercice? Or, do you have an specific exercice for scoliosis? I'm 62 years old…. thank you.
This video is nice, but it does nothing to stretch the hip flexors, which is also critical for relieving back pain. Without stretching the hip flexors you will not successfully cure the anterior pelvic tilt which is the cause of so much lower back pain.
