In this Basic Yang Yoga practice we will work on opening and free up stagnant energy in the upper back, shoulders, hips and sidebody. I will lead us through a warm ups and standing poses into forward bends ,and will leave us feeling open, rejuvenated as well as grounded.This Yang practice goes well with the Yin Yoga class in my library targeting the Small Intestine Meridian, Enjoy and let me know what you think.
