This is a dynamic variation of Easy Sitting Forward Bend that focuses on tipping from the hip joints instead of forward rounding the spine. It is a version I share in my Yoga for Back Health classes, as the spine remains neutral throughout. Those with lower back issues or Osteoporosis should view the video through before deciding if it is appropriate for them to try.
Thank you. Going to try this. I've been doing longer walks than pre-Covid (up to 5 miles) and I find my hip (one in particular) complains towards end of walk. Have you ever done a video on post-walking yoga?
