  • Thanks Zelinda for all of your wonderfully inclusive videos. I found your channel through a bigger bodies video and I'm glad to enjoy yoga that doesn't make me feel bad about myself. A question from flexibility for beginners level 2: during the downward dog w/ chair movement, I only feel stretching in my arms and very little in my legs. I think I overdid it yesterday and now have a sore shoulder blade. Could it be the height of the chair that's the issue? How do I make this movement more balanced?
