Spinal movements play an important role in designing the yoga flow. For example: after every forward bend posture, you should practice backward bend postures to ease the spine.So whenever you plan yoga postures for your self, always keep spinal movements in mind and ensure to practice all types of spinal movements or else you may end up hurting your spine.For beginners, I have created two videos demonstrating five types of Spinal movements that can be practiced while standing and sitting.
