Great stretches! Pigeon and lizard are two of my favorites, You can feel them working while you're doing them. I find it helps my tight quads a lot in addition to hips.Appreciate you Dean!
No question these poses and stretches are super helpful — my hips and back feel much better after a few days of these combined with some of your other routines.
I had limb lengthening surgery two years ago and had the internal rods removed in April. I am now three inches taller. Even now I have hip pain and adductor pain. I have always suspected the TFL. Things are improving at a glacial pace. What exercises do you recommend for me? I have some residual anterior pelvic tilt.
