Here’s a 10 Min BTS Inspired Stretching Routine (No Equipment)! I saw Jimin and J-Hope doing some stretches before their dance practices and wanted to create a video highlighting the importance of stretching before a hard training session. I compiled some of their stretches so you guys can exercise like BTS at home! I would recommend doing this routine on a daily basis pre/post-workout as a warm-up or a wind-down.
