This standing morning yoga class for beginners is a wonderful way to start your day! Often we aren’t ready or just don’t want to get down on the mat when you first wake up. This is also a wonderful class if you are seated at your desk for a long period of time and want a short stretching break at work to stretch your shoulders and upper body.
