This is a gentle mobilisation of the spine for anyone with back pain, spinal misalignment (such as scoliosis and excess kyphosis or lotrdosis). As a lying down exercise, it reduces the effects of gravity on your spine thus enabling easier movement.
It takes the semi-supine or constructive rest position as a start point so watch that video first.
It is particularly effective when done in combination with some form of physical therapy such as Spineworks.
