Appreciate your effort But i try it and i can't breath get more saliva than usual and it give me headache

My tongue rests on the roof of my mouth but it also touches the bottom area. I can breathe well no problem but it touches the bottom area too, please suggest is it okay or do I need to correct something

Do you hold your breath?? Because when I rest my tongue on my palate my pharynx gets blocked
