  • I've been doing yoga for a year now, and have been seeing tonnes of improvement which is something I'm so very proud of…but crow pose has always been and continues to be an intimidating pose for me. But I decided its time I tackled it, and I'm trying to slowly work my way up there. Thank you, Adrienne! ❀️
