Welcome to day 10 of our 14-day yoga flexibility challenge, today we focus on hands and feet stretching exercises.
Use this yoga for beginner vidoe to help ease foot pain, tendonitis foot, carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, arthritis in hand and feet, wrist pain, bunion pain, fallen arches, heel pain, finger joint pain and so on.
This generation can benefit from some hand and feet yoga tlc more than ever, we spend so much time on our mobile phones and at the computer that it’s no wonder we’re all developing ailments in the hands. The feet are important too as they do so much for us, after all, they carry our weight all day long. Now is the time to start working with preventative measures to help us in the future.
