Today’s class in on Gentle routine one must apply in their daily hectic schedule! Now a days, there are many people suffering from High Blood Pressure due to work stress, personal life stress.
To de- stress I have brought simple Basic Yoga Postures with Pranayam which will help in Controlling High Blood Pressure and to Calm our stressful Mind.
In this class we have taken few Forward Bending asanas; avoid doing strenuous or vigorous workout! Cultivate and adapt these basic yoga postures with some meditation which will help you to dealth with this!
