Embodying wellness, becoming more present, inspiring AWE in our lives. A sense of wonder, by travelling into the senses, and sensations, into resources and health. Choosing to turn up to life and be present to all, and also have a sense of wonder, excitement, joy, playfulness, and AWE
Come and be spacious, resilient and move with me in the morning live at 7am or any time as the recordings are always available to watch back.
For the first 21 days of December 2021 that will end on the Winter solstice.
Starting on December 1st

The most important part of a daily Yoga practice is to show up.
You will see results from the routine and discipline. 28 days is a long time, some days you will power through the class, some days you will be tired and some days you won’t feel like it at all. These are the most important days, even if you join the class and lie on your mat and breath you will still reap the benefits of showing up and being part of a community achieving a common goal.
