  • I've only just discovered Adriene and just started the 30 Days of Yoga programme, today is day 3. But omg, I absolutely love her and the sessions!! I could never commit to a particular yoga session or a teacher so I'm really happy that I connect with her and the programme. It also helps that I am taking a year off work and in the right frame of mind to work on myself and develop discipline which I've always lacked. Thank you Adriene xx
