Today’s practice is focused on inner strength. We’ll do some core work, strong chest opening, and lots of hamstring stretching, moving towards heron pose (krounchasana). The intention for today’s practice is to acknowledge the inter-connectedness and greatness that all people share, even when they’re not showing it. To be strong and resilient and compassionate and practice ahimsa even when we can’t see ourselves in the other person or they like terrible music (ha) because everything good and bad about them is also within us – we all share the same miracle of life and greatness within.
