Cow face pose generally involves the legs. To modify it for an office setting, we are going to use just our arms. This yoga pose can be a little bit difficult to get into, especially if your arms aren’t quite flexible enough to reach each other behind your back or you carry a lot of tension in your shoulders. Make this stretch easier to get into by using a belt or a piece of cloth to connect your hands.
Once you’ve gotten into the pose, reassess your posture and sitting yoga stance. Make sure to always come out of the pose slowly. Because of the amount of stretching involved, you don’t want to release too quickly or suddenly. Be sure to stretch out both sides. If you have time, do another round of this stretch on each side. You’ll be amazed at how flexible you feel this second time around.
