A circular infinity flow to bring you a real moving meditation! Take this one away with you and give it a go again, maybe flowing through it more times to really find that moving meditation.
As always, please remember to modify, adjust and make it your own practice. Rest and pause me when you need to! – you don’t have to be able to do the pose to give it a go!
