Love your pregnancy yoga videos, thanks for producing great content, free of charge, for us pregnant ladies. Yoga helps me feel more like myself when I'm pregnant, which can be such a challenge. Thanks again. 🙂
hello everybody! I'm Tammy the pregnancy instructor in these vids. please do get in touch if you have any questions. http://www.tammysyoga.co.uk
I just love these videos are there only 4 pregnancy yoga videos? I can't seem to find more but they are so wonderful!!!
Thank you so much for posting this! The video is really informative and relaxing!!! Loved it!
Thank you so much, Tammy! I have found all of your pregnancy yoga videos so helpful.
Really like your chilled teaching style Tammy. Can I find your videos anywhere else?
Video is great, but is it really necessary to have the ads right in the middle? Really annoying and makes it hard to follow along and relax into poses if you have an ad blasting at you unexpectedly. put the ads at the beginning and ends please.
Yoga
tammy is literally the only online yoga instructor I like . Shes not patronising or annoying . Ive stayed away from online yoga because I haven't experienced one i like , plus i'm not a great lover of yoga. Though i am pregnant now and im finding myself annoyingly lazy at the moment , so thought I would see what all the fuss was about involving pregnancy yoga . Came across tammys lessons and I have enjoyed them <3
Loved this! I feel like you should rename it to 5 key yoga modifications for pregnancy though because I spent a long time searching for the most important mods and nothing I found was as specific and useful as this. I'm stoked I randomly stumbled across this one in the end.
