I've come back to this one so many times
5 minutes in and I had to stop. I'm having an orgasmic feeling in my glutes is that normal?
I have been dealing with lower back pain for probably 5-6 years now, going to physio never really helped me. I would tweak my back every month or so and be out for 1-2 weeks. Got tired of the constant back pain and the Reddit gods showed me this video. I have been doing it just for 2 days in a row now and already feel relief that I haven’t felt in years. I will continue to do this as many times a week as I can! Thank you
Will this help my SI joint pain? It is chronic and comes and goes but when it comes it is debilitating????
How do you get people into the right position initially. In other words if they are not feeling it in the proper areas(glutes and hamstrings) how do you help them find the correct position?
if I have learned anything after watching this video religiously for 2 weeks its that Peter needs to lift a little higher
This is good stuff
The only video I get results from. Canceled my back fusion after doing this 30 days straight
I have a bad back, got a job at UPS and yesterday, my first day, kicked my entire ass! I was worried for my back! I actually started these exercises 2 days before my first work day and i did it before work and after. My bad is no worse than it was 2 days ago. In fact it feels slightly better. I wonder how I’ll feel in 2 weeks
First time trying this. It’s a little shaky but my back feels a bit better. I have to engage my abs but yes. I’ll let you know how I do after 1 month.
