hey everyone, i hope you are having an amazing day! in this practice we will move from the top down embracing the natural gravitational pull on all of us. this smooth standing sequence will build balance and strength before lowering you down to the floor to root into a more grounded state of being. as always a gentle breathing practice at the end will lead you into a state of peace. i hope you enjoy this session and let me know how it all lands for you!

Great one! i was laughing at myself when i was trying to follow you on reverse tabletop, i have to repeat this class a couple of times to make it right!
Thank you Patrick! Awesome way to start my day. I feel energized, awake, and calm. I loved the leg work and the transition using the front and back of the mat. Your classes are never boring!
A sweet voiced master, a gentle hearted guide. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and your research. It is so healthy following your routines and listening to your words. Really. Really really really!
Otra excelente clase Patrick!!! MuchΓsimas gracias π Muy exigente y vigorosa!!! πππͺπͺπͺπͺ
I want to go skiing now to further understand that pulsing goddess pose haha. Functional anatomy is so fascinating, that trick with the rotating lunges π€― Patrick is a genius in his own right y'all. Thank you for making me feel like both a powerful Airbender (those chandrasana->virabhadrasana III though) AND an Earthbender (that cool floating table to reverse table ditty). Very cool, very fun. You πͺ¨, and I appreciate the Pranayama π¬ at the end, haven't done some of those patterns in a while! Til next time, take care.
Wonderful flow Patrick! Thank you:)
What I really love about practicing with you is that I find myself moving in other ways, smoother and animalistic, pushing me to explore the boundaries of my body. Thanks again!
Thanks for this challenging practice.
Thank you for awesome practice!
Just what I needed today, though I could have done my own morning prep. I enjoyed the leg warm up and the sequence worked well for me. Breathing at the end also grounded my energy and I will repeat that. As a yogi living a very non- routine life I appreciate opportunities to remember tools I previously learned. Gassho
