Welcome to a new 15 minute full body gentle stretching routine for body and mind.
Gift this time to yourself in order to slowly release tension out from your neck, upper body, hips, legs and hamstrings. We will be slowly moving from one pose to another, breathing deeply and releasing physical and mental heaviness.
You can use this routine as a finisher for your workout, it also feels really good after a long day of sitting at work or driving a car, as well as after a whole day of walking. Or maybe you want to slowly wake up your body and prepare it for an excellent day ahead – you can do all that with me within 15 minutes!
For your convenience there is a sound at the end of each exercise that signals about ending, as well as in the beginning.
Make sure that you don’t rush, all moves should be slow and controlled, without any painful sensations. Remember that it is a journey and some poses need time to be taken to the next level. It is not a matter of concern, stay where your body feels most comfortable, that’s your point for today and that’s beautiful. With regular practice your body will allow you to go further and further.
This routine is performed to the accompaniment of soft relaxing music. As a result, healthy body, healthy mind and new energy to accomplish your goals.
