A 45-minute gentle yoga class for anyone suffering from back pain, sciatica pain, neck pain, or shoulder pain. The gentle movements and stretches are all done either standing or seated on a chair – there is no getting up and down off the floor. Moves your spine through multiple planes of motion to improve overall flexibility.
Modifications are shown for those with limited mobility. When done regularly, this sequence can help improve flexibility and strength for the entire spine. It can help to improve posture and make you feel more energized throughout the day.
